But before we go any further, you may be asking yourself: what is the purpose of yet another ExxonMobil Baytown website??
To put it simply, we wanted a fresh new outlet where the company could keep Baytown employees and their families updated about the latest site news – ranging from information about company benefits and policies to stories about our people and their impact on the Baytown community outside of the fence line. After all, the exceptional quality of our workforce is one of our most valuable assets, and we want their families and our neighbors to know exactly why that is!
Of course, we have our social media platforms too. This site is designed to complement those outlets by providing more robust information about topics or issues that can’t be summed up in just a few characters. In short, we want to enhance our communications…and we think a dedicated website for both ExxonMobil families and the greater Baytown area will help us to do just that!
